STOP! READ THIS FIRST!
If you're considering having us recruit someone for you, chances are:
1. You're too busy to do it yourself.
2. You expect us to find a magical worker.
3. You'll expect perfection from the worker right up front.
We're not interested!
If this is you, chances are whoever we recruit for you isn't going to work out...even if they're magical. We don't want to do it.
In our experience, employers who don't recruit for themselves are often over demanding, over bearing, and have silly expectations of hiring someone who does amazing work without the employer having to be involved.
If this is you, we're sorry. We don't want to be mean, but we're not going to recruit for you.
(Plus, most employers success rate is higher when they recruit for themselves)
If you choose to proceed, you can read what we've written below.
After paying, you'll need to convince us as to why you're a reasonable employer and why we should recruit someone for you. The fact that you have $500 doesn't convince us. We'll want a written paragraph about your experience in working with people convincing us that you're going to do everything to make it work out with the person we find for you.
We're good at recruiting. You need to be a good employer.
